Stepping Stone Rehabilitation is a Medicare Certified Skilled Nursing Facility providing services for individuals who have been discharged from the hospital after an illness or injury and temporarily need 24 hour nursing care and rehabilitation. Our goal is to develop a plan for each individual and work toward regaining their ability to function independently and return home.

Our restoration therapy services include:

• Physical Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Occupational Therapy

Skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are provided to individuals on Medicare and individuals with private health insurance that covers skilled nursing services.

• You must have been hospitalized for at least 3 days.
• You must enter the skilled nursing facility within 30 days of your hospitalization.
• The first 20 days are 100% covered by Medicare, afterwards there is a daily deductible. If
  you have secondary insurance, they may pay the deductible for you.
• There is a 100 day maximum related to any one hospitalization and diagnosis.
